Anyone else having trouble with Quicksbooks auto tracking mileage in the last few weeks?

Let's perform browser troubleshooting steps to resolve this. The stored cache can affect the performance of QuickBooks that can cause unexpected behavior.

 

 To start, I'd suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account via a private window. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once signed in, track the miles again. If it's correct, clear the browser's cache. You can also use supported browsers to have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
