Anyone from VT having trouble with the Childcare Contribution effective date?

When I set up my Childcare Contribution Tax the date effective said 01/01/24 and I can't edit it.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I can share other steps to let you edit the Childcare Contribution Tax effective date in QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP), Chelle.

 

We can check if it's a browser-related issue. We can start by opening your account using an incognito as it ignores historical data.

 

These are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If it works, then it's being caused by your browser. Let's clear your regular browser's cache so the system can refresh. Also, consider switching to a different supported browser if you get the same result.

 

However, if the issue persists, you can contact our Payroll Support Team so that they can investigate this matter further. The investigation team has the required tools to determine the cause of why you can't edit the effective date.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select the Search tab and click Contact Us.
  4. Choose Payroll.
  5. Select a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

The supporting hours are available - Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT for QBOP Core. QBOP Premium, Elite - any time, any day.

Yes, I have same issue and no resolution yet from QB support team. Tried clearing cache etc, tried incognito window, no luck
