Anyone have payroll fail

Our payroll still says scheduled this morning. It should say processed and deposits should be there already

My employees have not received their Direct Deposit either.

Same here.  No post from QB and can't get a call back from support either.  So much for "full service payroll" :(

Hello everyone. 

 

Thank you all for reaching out to the Community and sharing your concerns.

 

This matter has been brought to our Engineering Team's attention. They advised that this has happened due to the banking federal holiday yesterday. Customers that processed payroll after 5 PM the day before the federal holiday will not have had the same money payment process until 5 PM on the day after the holiday, if the payment qualifies for same day payment. If you do not qualify for same day payment, your employees will be paid Monday.
