Hi there, renarchitect.

I'll make sure that you can the Weekly timesheet option.

I've checked this option today and it's still can be accessed through the + New icon. It could be that the accumulated cache and cookies in your browser are the reason why you're able to view this option.

To isolate the issue, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. First, you'll have to access your QBO account through a private or incognito window. This process will help you rule in/out the browser as the culprit here. I've listed the shortcut keys below:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge

Once you're in, head to the + New icon to check the Weekly timesheet option. If you're able to view it now, you'll have to go back to your regular browser and then clear the cache to delete all the junk files and improve the system performance.

Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers. it's possible that QuickBooks encountered a temporary issue with the one you're currently working on.

I'm having the same issue. I cleared my cache, logged in using Safari (my default is Chrome) and I went incognito. No change. Not seeing "Weekly Timesheet" under + New/Employees. My team is having the same issue. No access to their timesheets. We've been using Weekly Timesheet for years now. Thanks for the help.

Hello there, DSteff.

I appreciate you for trying a few things to sort it out.

Since you've tried using Safari, you can log in to your account using other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. If the same thing happens, I'd recommend contacting our support team.

Customer support would be very beneficial because they can look into your specific account in detail in a secure environment using their tools. Here's how to contact them:

  1. Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern.
  3. Click Talk to a human. Then, I still need a human.
  4. You can then get a callback or send a message to start a conversation with our specialist.

After being on the phone with customer support for 5 hours between two days, they finally figured out and informed me that Weekly Timesheets will no longer be a feature of QBO. It's being replaced with a terrible interface for entering time. I've used it for years as well, but this new way will make me find another online software to manage my businesses.

Thank you for coming to the community to share your support experience, @Dru_Nasty.

We'd love to help! It sounds like you were updated to the new Time Center in place of Weekly Timesheets. Time Center adds additional features for easier and more accurate time tracking, but it sounds like you were comfortable with Weekly Timesheets the way it was.

We'd like to work with you on that.  One of our agents will reach out to you via private message to discuss your account further.

Let me know what else I can help you with right now, I'll be around!

That'd be great. And yes, I'm sure there's some great features with the update, but as far as the user interface goes and the ease of adding time for employees at a week's glance was super easy. This new way makes it terribly hard to accomplish something that was much easier. That's just my case though. Thanks for pushing this through.
