Anyone unable to access editing an employee?

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. There are also users who encountered issues or were unable to edit an employee. With this, I'll be sharing details so you're able to take some steps to ensure that our support can assist you further.

 

The problem of editing employee details has been recently tagged as an ongoing issue. Our product engineers are now working to fix this as soon as possible. For now, we're unable to provide an exact workaround to be performed.

 

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive an update through email once this has been fixed.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Account.
  2. At the top right, click the Help icon.
  3. Choose the Assistant section.
  4. Type your concern in the Type something field.
  5. Click Talk to a human.
  6. Click I still need a human.
  7. Click the Get help from a human.
  8. You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, select callback or how you want to contact them and fill in the information.
