Yes, there are bank payment fees in QBO. QuickBooks Payments imposes a fee when you process transactions. Here's the list of QuickBooks Transaction rates: 

• Cards & digital wallets - 2.99% 
• ACH bank payments - 1% 
• Card reader - 2.5% 
• Keyed-in cards - 3.5%
