Are you able to see why my automated payroll tax fails every week?

About your case, the issue may lie in your bank account. I suggest checking your funds and see if you need some adjustments with your bank settings. In addition, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support team to review what caused the automated payroll tax to fail weekly. They have tools to access your account in a secure environment.

 

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. From the top right, select Help.
  3. From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern so the agent will know your main concern.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Choose to start a Chat or get a Callback.
