Are your state payroll taxes getting paid thru quickbooks?

I'm here to share more information on when QuickBooks posts your tax payments. 

When paying taxes online, we need to consider the processing times. For State taxes, the lead time varies from state to state. Most states need your approval for e-payments by 5 PM PT, two banking days before the payment date. Other states require approval three or five banking days before the payment date.

You'll receive an email that includes the details of the scheduled payment date. You can use this email, along with your bank statement to track the payment to the State.
