As a small business owner I am sad and more importantly I am appalled for one you do you do not support small businesses if you did we would have a discount

Every penny counts, and I appreciate you for voicing your feedback about wanting to get a discount. I've got some helpful details and options to avail of our discount. We offer a 30-day free trial or 50% discount for 3 months when you pay during sign-up.

Please note also that we're investing in helpful features to keep up with your needs. To name a few, we've recently launched the QBO+Mailchimp integration to help you with marketing campaigns, we have QuickBooks Checking which carries instant deposit (if eligible) for online payments at no additional cost, there's also QuickBooks Capital to provide additional funding for your business, and others.

If you're on QuickBooks Online Plus or Essentials, you may consider downgrading for a while, only if you don't use their unique features. You can upgrade once you're financially stable.

Lastly, you can reach out to our QBO Support, so they can review your account and provide options. They have the tools for that. Their office starts from 6 AM to 6 PM PT Monday to Friday.

They have announced their plan to increase the price for QB Online within this year. If you are running a non profit institution, you can still purchase QB Online subscription at very special rate. Otherwise, you may consider to utilize QB Online Accountant account for free. Another option, migrate your data to another brand. You can utilize one app for free IF you are running a business with revenue <50K USD per annum.
