In their new website coming online February 2024, NUI wants a TPA email address, so that they can grant access for filing reports and payments.

Hello, gbheritage.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. When you are asked to provide a Third Party Administrator (TPA) email address to the UI, it is because the UI requires it to authorise Intuit as your payroll agent with the state. By providing the TPA email address, you are granting Intuit the authority to act on your behalf in matters related to payroll with the state. This is essential to ensure your payroll is accurate and compliant with state regulations.

However, we haven't received the latest update yet. It is essential to stay up-to-date with the most recent information regarding compliance and regulations, so I suggest contacting the Payroll Support Team for further assistance. They can advise you on which email to use.

As of now, Intuit is focused on compliance and ensuring that everything is for the end of the year in 2023. The team is working diligently to ensure the new update is implemented in Nevada as soon as possible, and subscribers will be notified when it is available.

In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact QuickBooks Payroll support. You can find more information on how to contact them in this article: Contact Payroll Support

Additionally, you can look at this article: Nevada Payroll Tax Compliance. You'll find details on NV tax forms, e-files, and payment information here.

You said,

"Therefore, we advise you to visit the Nevada Workforce System agency site for unemployment insurance and grant Intuit/PayCycle Third Party Authorization. By doing so, you will add Intuit as your Third Party Administrator (TPA), allowing us to validate your Unemployment Insurance rates with the agency."

I am talking about when the NEW site goes live in February 2024. They want a TPA email address in order to authorize access. See this video https://ui.nv.gov/openhouse/videos/Employer-Assigns-Access-to-TPA.mp4
