My employee's payroll was processed, and the money cleared the bank. However, he did not receive his funds.

How can I verify, that his bank account number was entered correctly in QuickBooks?

I can help verify if the employee's bank account number entered in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is correct. 

 

If the employee's payroll was processed and the funds cleared the bank, it may be due to delays in processing on the recipient's bank side or incorrect direct deposit information set up within QBO. To verify if the info is correct within the software, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. In your QBO account, go to Payroll.
  2. Select Employees and click on the individual profile.
  3. Scroll down and click on Payment method.
  4. You can see the last few digits of their bank account for security reasons or click on Edit.

 

I'd also recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. They can help you trace the funds and determine if there were any issues during processing or if there are any holds on the funds that may be causing delays. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. Select Contact Us.
