Batch Enter Payroll Items

Hi, 

Is it possible to batch enter payroll data? I'm looking to add PTO rates to all employees, is there away to add these in bulk rather than going to each individual employee profile? 

We have a separate spreadsheet with all necessary data, employee rate and payroll item.
