Bonus check problem

I’m trying to write bonus checks for 5 employees and when I get to the screen where you put it the amount, I can only type in 2 employees boxes.  The other three don’t have the amount box.  What am I missing?  QuickBooks online

You may be experiencing some browser-related issues. Thus, you're unable to enter an amount.

 

With that, let's log into your account through an incognito window to isolate the issue. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Control + Option + P

 

If you're able to enter an amount for the other bonus check, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

 

You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
