Can a second (2) Line Address be added to Employees setup?

I'm here to share some information about adding another Line Address field on your employee's profile.

 

Currently, we're unable to add multiple addresses to QuickBook Online. What we can do is modify them in the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to Payroll, then select Employees.
  2. Select the employee's name.
  3. From Employment, select Edit.
  4. Select the Work location drop-down menu and then select New Work Location.
  5. Enter the work location address. This must be a physical address and not a P.O. Box.
  6. Select OK and then Done.

I can see how this functionality would be beneficial to your business. I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.
