Since you mentioned you need your staff to manage their attendance, I recommend that they download the QuickBooks Workforce app instead. This is specifically designed to simplify and oversee employee time entries.

 

For convenient access to various companies, ensure that your workers use the same login credentials. Additionally, you'll need to grant permission for them to submit their time entries via mobile devices. Here are the steps you can follow:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Time from the web browser.
  2. Go to your Company Settings, then Time Options.
  3. Select the Time Entry tab, then tick the Allow team members to enter notes on Time Clock and mobile app option.
