Can an employer see the checking account number for an employee's direct deposit

I'll share some insight regarding your employees Direct Deposit (DD) information.

Currently, viewing your employee's DD info isn't possible. You'll only see the last four digits of their bank account number. It's designed like this to protect confidential information.

If you still have the Direct Deposit Authorization forms submitted by your employee, you can update their bank account and ensure to enter the correct details.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu, then Employees.
2. Select the name of the employee, then click the Edit pencil icon beside How do you want to pay [employee]?
3. Enter the bank account information.
4. Hit Done.
