Can any of you help me create a list of donors from 01/01/2020 through 10/15/2021 with their addresses?

I'll make sure you get the data you need in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @darylpoppen.

You can run reports to show your donor's transactions and addresses for a specific period. In QBO, you can run the Donor Contact List report to create a list of donors' addresses. However, since you want to include donors' transactions (sales) from 01/01/2020 through 10/15/2021, I'd recommend pulling up the Transaction List by Donor report instead. This report groups transactions by donor's name, so you can see all activity related to each of them.

Let me show you how: 

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. In the Search box, enter Transaction List by Donor. 
3. Click the Customize button. 
4. Change the Report period from 01/01/2020 through 10/15/2021. 
5. Select Rows/Columns.
6. On the Customize report window, check the Billing Address, Shipping Address, and Location (if the location tracking is turned on in the Settings). 
7. Select Run Report.
