Can anyone explain how to verify checking account when one-time codes aren't doing it??

I have gone through the banking login and one-time code verifying 14 times and keep getting redirected right back to the start.

I understand your frustration in the Banking section, @lcbarksandrec. I'll hop in this thread and fill you in on the details of the issue you encounter with downloading transactions in QuickBooks Online. 

 

If downloads appear to be delayed or stuck, the problem could be with the bank. To check, go to your bank's website. We can double-check if there's ongoing maintenance from the bank's end.

 

Once everything is fine, return to QuickBooks Online under the Banking page and start a manual download.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, and then select Banking.
  2. Select Update.
