Hello there. Yes, you can change the payroll schedule in QuickBooks Online. I'd be glad to guide you with the steps below.

 

  1. Hover your mouse to the Payroll menu and click Employees.
  2. Select your employee.
  3. On the Employment details section, choose either Start or Edit.
  4. From the pay schedule dropdown, select  + Add pay schedule to create a new pay schedule or select the pay schedule for the employee moving forward.
  5. Fill out all the necessary information.
  6. Then select Save.
