Can direct deposit be updated in workforce by the employee ?

Hello there, @ronjones-freshfa.

 

Updating employees' direct deposit information can be done on your QuickBooks Online Payroll account. 

 

To do this, here's how:

 

  1. In the left menu, select Payroll.
  2. Go to the Employees tab.
  3. Locate and select your employee.
  4. From the Payment method, select Start or Edit.
  5. Enter the new bank account info.
  6. Once done, click Save.
