Changing the employee's payroll depends on how you process it, either manual or direct deposit. Its status can also affect your paycheck.
Let me share some steps on how to change the payroll hours in QuickBooks Online.
You can make a change in an approved manual check if the pay date has not yet passed.
Here's how:
Look and select the paycheck to view then select Edit.
Make the necessary changes.
Click Save and close.
