Deleting or Voiding paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is easy. It depends on your direct deposit lead time or processing time if you can delete it or not. As long as the payroll is not processed yet, you can still delete it. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Payroll menu.
2. Choose the Employees tab.
3. Go to the Paycheck list and set the date range.
4. Choose a paycheck(s) you'd like to delete or void, then select Delete or Void.
5. Click Yes to confirm.
