Can I do payroll in the QB app on my phone or iPad?

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @jgrass. I'm here to ensure you can do payroll in QuickBooks Online.

At the moment, please know that payroll isn't integrated with QBO mobile. However, we can consider logging in to your account using a web browser and getting started with QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Also, this would be a great time to send this feedback to our Product Development Team. This way, they can review and determine what features to add for future product enhancements.

On a web browser:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of QBO.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Type in your feedback or feature request, then click Next to submit them to our product engineers.
   
   

On your iPad:

1. Tap the Burger icon on your QuickBooks app.
2. Select Help & Feedback.
3. Click the Help & Support or App Feedback and enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Then, enter your suggestion and Send Feedback.

Visit our Feedback forum page to see a list of other QuickBooks users who suggested this feature, as well as the recent updates in QuickBooks.
