Can I do payroll through the mobile app using qb online?

Welcome to the Community. I'll share some information about QuickBooks Online's payroll feature.

Currently, the option to run payroll is unavailable in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. You'll have to log in to your account using a web browser to create paychecks. Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu.
2. Select the Employees tab and click Run Payroll.
3. Pick a payroll schedule, then hit Continue.
4. Set the appropriate pay period, pay date, and bank account.
5. Choose the employees you'd like to pay, then enter hours, compensation, and memos.
6. Select Preview payroll, then Submit payroll.
7. Click Finish payroll to complete the process.
