Can I email direct deposit statements to employees?

You've come to the right place for assistance. I'd be glad to show you how to send direct deposit emails to your employees in QuickBooks Online.

 

QuickBooks Workforce is a great resource if you use QuickBooks Payroll services. Here your employees can quickly and easily review all of their payroll info in one space. If you aren't using Workforce already, this link will show you how to get started: Set up your QuickBooks Workforce account.

 

You can also manually send pay-stub emails to your employees. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Employees, then choose Paycheck list.
  2. Select the paychecks, then click Print.
  3. Choose the Download icon, then save the file.
  4. You can then attach the paystub file to an email to your employee(s).
