In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we have the Employee Details report that you can run. It will show a snapshot of each employee, including pay rate, deductions, and tax withholding.
To pull up and export the report, let me show you how:
In the left menu, click Reports.
Type in Employee Details in the search field.
Set the Employee and Work location filter.
Click Run Report.
Click the Share drop-down button in the upper right hand.
