Can I get a completed copy of the required tax forms?

For my records I need a completed copy of the 941 tax form and other required tax forms as I file manually. How do I get those?

Thanks for asking us about getting a completed copy of the required tax forms, @ann-brigham-iclo

 

You can get a copy of your 941 form below: 

 

  1. From the Taxes tab, select Payroll Tax.
  2. Click the Quarterly Forms under the Forms section.
  3. Select the 941 forms.
  4. Select a period.
  5. Click View, then on the PDF page, click the print icon.

 

Once done, copy the details and enter them into the form. You also can get the 941 for 2021 at this link: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f941.pdf. Then, follow the instructions for form 941 from the IRS website.
