Can I get help with Oregon Transit Taxes

One my quarterly payroll reports we have 2 transit taxes which are calculated by where in the state the employee works and the wages earned by working in those districts, not by where they live which is how QB is calculating using the gross empolyee wages if they live in the Transit district.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.

Hi,

Thank you for the response.  Unfortunatly I have tried contacting the help humans and it was like talking to a brick wall.  Im tired of wasting hours with the first set of people that respond to the chat, I asked to be transfered directly to the Payroll Tax help people and it does no good.  So with that said, any other suggestions?
