Can I print a form 941 from 2023 in QB?

If you've e-filed your old form 941 from 2023 through QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can access and print it from the archived forms Here are the steps:

1. Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2. Select the Filings tab.
3. Select Archived forms and filings.
   

    

4. Customize the date range to cover only filed forms for 2023. Then, select Filter to filter to the form type you want to view.
5. Select the 941 form, then View.
