Can I schedule a direct deposit for an upcoming payroll?

I'll be on vacation the week that I should submit the direct deposit payroll. Can I submit it early? For example, my vacation is the week of 10/2 with Payroll needing to be submitted on 10/6 for our 10/10 payroll. If I submit it on 9/29, will it go ahead and send the checks on 10/3 or will it hold them until the actual pay date I'll have on the checks of 10/10?

Nice to see you in the QuickBooks Community! Yes, you can submit it early! It is possible to send direct deposits up to 45 days in advance. Ensure you use the correct paycheck date to be posted in the employee's bank account in the correct pay date.
