Can I set up a pay period for employees to have me pay them 1 time per month at the first pay period that I pay other employees (who I pay bi-weekly)?

I'm here to guide how you can add a pay frequency to fit your employee's payday. 

You can create a custom schedule and select 1st on the Payday of the month field. Let me guide you with these steps:

1. From the Payroll tab, select Employees.
2. Select the employee's name.
3. On the Employee details tab, click the edit (pencil) icon on the Pay section.
4. Go to How often do you pay [employee's name]?
5. Click the edit (pencil) icon.
6. Toggle the Custom schedule button.
7. Under Payday of the month, select 1st.
8. Complete the necessary information.
9. Click Save and then Save.
