Can I switch an employee to the 2019 or earlier W-4 form after accidentally setting them up under the 2020 form?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Once you switch an employee, it can not be changed back. However, what can be done is to delete the employee profile and recreate another one. I am attaching this article below with steps related to creating a new employee if you choose to go that route.
