Can I upload an updated W-4 for my employ? I did upload but it was not signed and therefore payroll is not deducting properly.

Yes, @kashifra. We can manually upload W-4 in QuickBooks Online.

Let me show you how.

If you recruited a new employee, invite them to enter their W-4 information or enter it yourself. If your employee provided you with an updated W-4, enter that information.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to Payroll, then to Employees.
2. Choose your employee.
3. Select Edit from the Tax withholding menu.
4. Fill in the relevant information from your employee's W-4 in the Federal Withholding section. If they claim exemption on their W-4, select Exempt from the Filing Status dropdown.
5. When you're finished, click Save.
