Can I view mileage for each business? (using basic software)

I am trying to tally up my mileage for each business that I have? Currently, I have my windshield repair business but I also make deliveries on the side. I'd like to run a report on each business, particularly my windshield business since thats the primary business associated with my OQB.

Thanks for taking the time to scour our Community space for potential solutions, Javierarellano.

 

If you have multiple businesses associated with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, we can access it per company file. Then run the mileage report by clicking on the Download Trip button from the Trips page. This opens a report in an Excel file that shows all the trips that you've entered. To do that, just open the trips page and press on Download Trips.

 

We can also click on the View Vehicle link in the Mileage Dashboard. From there, you'd be routed to a page where you can see a list of vehicles you've used to track your business-related mileage.
