Can I void payroll check from 2nd quarter 2023?

I can share some information that can help you with voiding your payroll check in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @spencerandco.

You can void paychecks from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This will update your paycheck dollar amount to zero. However, this doesn't stop a direct deposit transfer from going through and doesn't give you your money back.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu and then choose Employees.
2. Select Paycheck list.
3. Click the paycheck(s) you'd like to void. 
4. Select Yes.
