Can more details be added on the run payroll page?

I would like to add more details to the "run payroll" page.  I am using Online Payroll.  I would like for employee deductions and total pay after taxes to be added to the page.  We sometimes give our employees loans and we collect it back throughout the year and it would be nice to be able to deduct from the main payroll page.

I understand that this display on the payroll page would help you view employee deductions and total pay easily. 

 

This idea is brilliant, and other users may also find this handy.

 

Currently, viewing employee deductions and total pay on the main payroll page isn't possible.  

 

As a workaround, you can run the Payroll Summary by Employee report.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports, and search the Payroll Summary by Employee.
  2. On the right side, click Customize
  3. Choose Who to include, How to group results, and What to include, for example, Gross pay, Employee taxes & Contributions, and Net pay.
  4. Tap on the Run report.

 

Also, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Development team to view the employee deductions and total pay on the main payroll page. They might add this to our future product updates.

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Click Feedback.
  3. Type in your feedback or feature request.
  4. Click Send Message.
