Can one change the payroll period on paychecks? The incorrect payday was used to run payroll. The edit function doesn't seem to allow the payday to be changed.

Thank you, but I found my answer out in the community chat. Evidently one cannot change the payroll date after a check has been written; it has to be deleted and then run again.

Please allow me to assist you today. Our Payroll Correction Team is in charge of changing the date of a payroll that has already been processed.

 

In light of this, you should give us a call so we can safely access your account and change the paycheck for you.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human from the Here are some ways to get started section.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Get help from a human or Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
