Hey there, @juandmaderaflori. Thanks for sharing your concern on the QuickBooks Community page.

You can enter or change your pay history if you haven’t created any paychecks in QuickBooks. All you have to do is go to Payroll and select Overview to get back to the setup and pay history tasks.

If you’ve already created paychecks, contact our Payroll Team to make changes to your pay history.

For additional reference, please check out this article: How to add pay history to QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Regarding the city tax deduction concern, may I know which area of QuickBooks you're trying to view these data? This way, I can provide you with the right troubleshooting steps to help address the issue. For now, I'd suggest reviewing the Tax Withholding section of your employee's profile. Let's make sure that the employee's payroll information is set up correctly to ensure that your city tax deduction will show up.

Simply go to the Payroll menu and select Employees. Then, click the name of the employee and go to the Tax Withholding section. Select Edit and review its details.

If everything was set up properly and the tax deduction still not showing up, I'd recommend opening your account in a private window. This will help us check if the issue is related to a cache problem. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If the payroll taxes show up using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. We advise our users to delete them now and then to prevent and fix issues like this. Moreover, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.

I'll also share this article on how you can access payroll tax forms and tax payments for future reference: Access payroll tax forms and tax payments.

If you have any follow-up questions about entering payroll history and reviewing your state taxes, just add them to the thread so I can help you out. Have a nice day!
