Can someone please advise on the QBO Payroll issue right now? We cannot get in to access anything regarding our employees. I was told this is a systemwide problem.

I've checked our records about being unable to edit employees' information and see the paycheck list. However, the reported issue has specific errors. Are you getting error messages when you access your QBOP account? If so, could you advise me of the exact error in the comments section below? This way, I can give you the best resolution to help fix the problem. 

Meanwhile, I'd recommend doing some basic troubleshooting steps. Experiencing this problem in Quickbooks is typically the result of outdated or corrupted cache files in your web browser. To start, I'd suggest logging in to your account through an incognito window. This way, we can see if it's browser-related.

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
•  Control + Option + P (Safari)
•  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once signed in, re-visit the Paycheck list report and Employee page to verify if it's accessible. If it works, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache.
