Can someone tutor me in proper data entry and learning proper maintenance and distribution of that information?

First things first, welcome to QuickBooks and congratulations with your business! I'm happy to help you out all that I can when it comes to learning QuickBooks Online. To start out, I want to mention how you can pull how to videos right from the QuickBooks Community page. There are also many help articles available that provide steps for each area of QuickBooks. 

Here's how you can access them: 

1.  Go to the Community Home Page. 
2. At the top of the home page, click on the Videos & Classes dropdown. 
3. From here you can choose How to videos, Webinars, and Training classes.
