Can't get to employee address/contact tab - anyone else experiencing this problem?

I haven't received a report about being unable to get to the Address & Contact tab, cmr08 and geeljir. 

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this working. To start, make sure your QuickBooks is also updated to the latest release. An outdated one may lead to unexpected behavior while working with the program. 

However, if everything is updated and the problem continues, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the program. This can help fix data and company file issues. A clean install won’t affect your data at all.

Before you proceed, make sure you have the information you need for the process.

• Create a backup of your company file.
• Keep a copy of your QuickBooks Desktop product and license info.

Once ready, you can now proceed with the procedure.

1. Open the Windows Start menu. Search for “Control Panel”, then open Control Panel.
2. Select Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program.
3. From the list of programs, select the version of QuickBooks Desktop you want to uninstall.
4. Select Uninstall/Change and then Remove. 
5. Click Next.  If you don’t see this option, sign out and sign back in to Windows as an admin (or a user with admin rights).
6. When you’re done, reinstall QuickBooks Desktop.

Then, reboot your computer and run QuickBooks Desktop as administrator. Once done, update the employee's address and contact information.

I am having the same problem as well.  It just started.  I have desktop version 2021 Pro.
