can't open payroll online on my mac . it says my browser is not supported. i am running safari vs14

I have some information about accessing payroll on Safari. QuickBooks supports Safari version 11 or newer. Just make sure to Private Mode is off to allow cookies to avoid interruptions.

If you're still getting the same result, you'll want to contact our Customer Care Support so we can investigate further. Here's how to reach out:

1. Open your QuickBooks account, then go to Help.
2. Scroll down and select Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of the issue, then tap Continue.
4. Click either Chat or Callback.

Meanwhile, you can download Chrome to your Mac computer so you can run your payroll. Check out the steps online to download.
