Can't print statements

This is my first time doing payroll with Quickbooks.  My week ended 8/21/2022.   I can fill in all the hours but cannot print the statements. I exported my payroll and cannot get back to it.  Do I need to wait until the week ends at midnight to print my statements?

I'll ensure you can print them in no time, Ben1231.

I want to clarify if you mean printing paychecks/pay stubs? Or, customer statements? Any additional information will help me determine the best and most accurate solution to your concerns.

If you're trying to print pay stubs yet, you're having issues printing them, you can refer to this article to resolve printing issues in QuickBooks Online Payroll: Troubleshoot printing paychecks, pay stubs, and forms.

However, if you're trying to print customer statements, here's how to accomplish the tasks:

  1. Go to Get paid & pay or Sales, then Customers.
  2. Select the checkboxes for the customers you want to make statements.
  3. In the Batch actions dropdown, select Create statements.
  4. In the Statement Type dropdown, select the customer statement type (Balance Forward, Open Item, Transaction Statement).
  5. Select the dates for the statements and the date range.
  6. Review the customer's email addresses.
  7. Select Print or Preview.

If you're referring to something else, please add it in the comment below. I'd be glad to help you more.

I am unable to preview or print statements whether saved or not. Print screen is blank.

Any ideas?

Thanks
