can't seam to get the taxes removed on payroll after updating to 2022

I've just got the steps to ensure you can remove taxes from payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Before performing the troubleshooting steps may I know if you encounter any error when attempting to remove taxes on the payroll? Any additional information is a great help so I can provide you with a timely solution.

In the meantime, let's access your QBO account on incognito mode to have a clean slate. Private browsers do not store cache and data files that might cause issues when running websites. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, remove the tax again. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Gear icon.
2. Then, select Payroll Settings under Your Company.
3. Next, go to the Deductions column and look for the deduction you want to delete.
4. Click on the Edit link.
5. Then, choose Delete.

If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser. This will remove old files to refresh the background processes of your browser.
