Can’t send W2 filing because W-2 printing must be setup?

I get a “before filing this form, you must set up W-2 printing” but the link to do so does not work. Can someone walk me through this process so I can make sure it’s filed. (I do have automatically filing on, but it’s still showing in my action needed.

  1. Go to the Gear icon. 
  2. Under the Your Company column, choose Payroll settings
  3. Locate the Form W-2 printing tab and hit the Pencil icon. 
  4. Make necessary changes. 
  5. Click Save and then Done

 

Afterward, we can file your W-2 and print them accordingly.
