Can the order of columns for payroll entry be changed quickbooks online?

Good day, aoliphant.

 

I know that having the option to change the order of columns for payroll entry is beneficial to your business.

 

If you mean the column on the Run Payroll screen, the order of the columns is fixed and cannot be changed. You can export your report to Excel and from there you can change or rearrange the order of columns if you're referring to the column for the payroll entry when running payroll reports.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestion.
  4. Hit Next to submit.
