Can the pay stubs be sent the same as the date paid?

Weekly employees are currently receiving their paystubs one week prior to pay date. Please advise on how they can receive their paystubs one day prior to pay date.

Hi, @purdaneta-herohe.

 

At this time, QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll's Workforce center has no option on either the employer or employee side. The email about the pay stub will be sent as soon as the payroll process is completed.

 

I suggest to send us feedback about this by heading to the Gear icon and choosing Feedback from the options. This way, we can enhance what the program can do for business owners. Our product engineers will be glad to take action on your request.

    I sent the feedback via the gear icon. I am hoping that this can be accomplished either on the current platform or an enhancement.
