Can we batch our direct deposit pays into the register instead of individual entries

With QB Desktop, our direct deposit payroll went into the register as one lump sump. With QBO, the direct deposit for each employee is entered separately. Is there a way in QBO to have it entered like in Desktop? Reconciling is cumbersome this way!

Hello there, lgrucelski.

 

QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and QuickBooks Online (QBO) are two different products with unique features. And I wanted to share information on how QBO manage payroll transactions in the register.

 

In QBO, the payroll transactions for each employee will show in the register individually, not the same as how QBDT do it. I can see that you wanted to show it as lumpsup. However, it's not an option for now.
