Can we export a paycheck

Allow me to share a few information about exporting a paycheck, jb1221.

You can run the Payroll Tax and Wage Summary report if you want an overview of your employees' taxable wages and export it if you want it saved on your computer. For now, exporting paycheck isn't possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To run the report, follow the steps below.

1. Select Reports, then choose Standard, then select Payroll.
2. In the Payroll section, select Payroll Tax and Wage Summary. (Note: You may enter the name of the report - Payroll Tax and Wage Summary - in the search box to jump directly to the report.)
3. Select a Date Range from the drop-down.
4. You can run a report per location by selecting a specific location from the Work Location drop-down. The report displays information for all work locations by default. (Note: This drop-down only appears if you have multiple work locations.)
5. Select Run Report.
