Can we put a different address on our payroll check stubs?

I’m here to help you update the company address on your employees’ paycheck stubs.

The address shown on the paycheck is pulled from the Work Location that's associated with the employee. Update the Work Location by following the steps below: 

1.  Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
2.  Choose Work Locations under Business Information.
3. Click on the address of the Work Location.
4. Update the address and click Save.

If you’re adding an address from a different state and want to change it as the primary location, you need to contact the Payroll Support Team to switch it for you. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and help update the address, which we are unable to do in this public forum.
